i have turned on popup blocker but still IE7 does not block them what might

Hi - I installed the monthly updates last night and since then cannot oepn
IE7 from the short-cuts or the programme.  It opens when it needs to by
clicking links in emails for example.  Any ideas.  I can't find how to
uninstall and reinstall

I did install by Microsoft Update the "Update for Windows XP (KB927891)".
After installing this update I got problems to close IE v7. The symptoms are
that the IE screen starts to close (some contents disappear) but than hangs.
I have to kill IE with the Windows Task Manager.

I have found that when I try to log in to certain sites I get returned to
the loging page.  This happens on Facebook.com and hotmail.com too.  I have
enabled cookies (first and third part, and session) but it doesn't help.  I

Have our own secure site that we are issuing our own internal
certificate. when we access it over the internet with IE7, it warns
us, we download the certificate and it say sucessful, but still get a

Every time I click a link to http://pubmlst.org/campylobacter/ or try to
navigate to it by typing it in the address bar, IE7 crashes.  It doesn't
