I cannot make a connection to hotmail because the run once page that comes up

After getting an 'import successful' message after importing my favorites,
they are not there.  I even try to add a new favorite from a web page I am on
and it does not show up even though I don't get an error.  Any ideas ?  I
even checked the 'enable personalized favorites menu' ...

My IE keeps crashing after i installed IE7, it's works fine when i was using
IE6 and it nevers crashes. I would lke to know how to fix this problem.
