Is there a utility that allows autocorrect entries to be created in IE so
that if I type something like www.google.k or www.goggle.co.uk they resolve

Should the character encoding of a page affect layout?15 Aug 2007 11:25 GMT5
I have an XHTML (1.0 I think) page in which the layout changes if you change
the character encoding with which you are viewing the page.
Some form elements change size and some divs change colour when you switch
between ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 encodings (maybe others too).
