When I begin to type in search box, a bar/prompt appears saying "Type to Search the Web Crtl+E" Then it covers up the type as you enter the subject. Any way to get rid of that prompt?

I use internet explorer 7 and run windows vista home premium. Anytime I click on a link that opens as a pdf file IE7 crashes, checks online for a solution (obviously finds none) and re-starts. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.

I have the Adobe Reader pdf activex control set such that they do not open in the browser. Now when i click on a pdf file in the browser it only gives me a option to Save it or Cancel. It does not give me a option to open it.

I have customers using IE7 that are trying to go to http://norwood.com/default.jsp. The purpose of this default.jsp page is to redirect people to the correct url based on the domain name in the address bar. When I do the following in the JSP code it returns " norwood.com".

I have a website under development, when I view it and navigate it in Firefox it is smooth, the only visible chnages are those associated with the different text as I move around the site, page heading etc stay fixed and no refresh is seen.
