Whenever I type an address in the address bar without using www I get
"windows cannot find '(name of site)' Please check the spelling and try again
error. If i use the www it goes through. is there a way to correct that?

Client installed linksys wireless usb adapter.  Two weeks later, computer

I believe that the probleml arises because IE7 protected mode is on

Upgraded to Vista ultimate from XP Pro.
When Protected mode is on, IE7responds very slowly to any input.
The window items (menus, buttons, url bar) redraw rate is very very slow.
