Since yesterday, I am facing a unique problem . Though Pop-up blocker is not giving any warning that any window was blocked, whenever I am trying to post a message or login on this site, I am not able to do so because the new window is simply not opening.

Refresh and CTRL-Refresh do not work when viewing an XML page with XSLT stylesheet if an error was originally detected on page load. So, if I load a page with an error in the stylesheet, fixing the error and hitting Refresh does not update my display, I continue to get the error. ...
