I run my IE in "full screen" mode continously. When opened in "full screen" the "links bar" is not present. The "links bar" IS present normally. YES, I do have the right click menu checked for "links". I do not have access to my "links toolbar" unless I minimize it

I'm using IE 6 and accidentaly turned off my tabbed browsing feature. I don't remember how to turn it back on. Is it an add on feature through Yahoo or Google? If so, can someone provide me with instructions to turn it back on? Thank you so much.
