Using IE7 and Vista home Premium, when I click on 'send link by email' I
sometimes get an error message that Mail cannot be opened because there is
already an instance of it running.

I'm currently using Windows Vista on my laptop.  Whenever I access a web page
that has advertising on it, it comes up as a red box in that space.  Is there
a way to turn off the blocking or at least change the color from red to
another color?

When I first turn-on my computer, I get the message right after the logo.

Previously having suffered in silence with IE6, after downloading the lastest
IE I am still suffering the same problem.
IE is my main browser, and whenever I start it up I am shown the message
"403 Forbidden. You were denied access..Access denied by access control list."

I am running IE7 with Windows XP SP2 on a Dell laptop.  It connects to a DSL
line via either Wi-Fi or an ethernet cable to a router.  (The following
problem actually started a few days ago with IE6.  I upgraded to IE7 hoping
it would fix it, but it didn't.)

All searches of the Help and Support Center (H&SC) always return (0 results)
for the MS Knowledge Base.  I have this problem on two machines, one running
XP Pro and one XP Pro x64 Ed.  Friends and relatives also have this problem.

I have a network printer.
Used to work fine until I upgraded to VISTA and/or IE7.
In IE7, (until I found a fix) I could not longer print from IE7 (was working
fine from all other applications).

I've read that the unattributed IE Add-on "Research" is from Encarta, but
nobody's mentioned the equally-unattributed "Discuss". Any ideas?
