In IE6 we could create a new blank mesage from the toolbar, but try as I might, I cannot see how to do this in IE7! Is it still possible or do I always have to go back to OE? Thanks, Sue

I save a lot of web pages as mht files. Under IE6, I could open these offline, click "Stay Offline", and the next time I wanted to connect to the internet, could do so instantly with no problem. Under IE7, I still have to click to "work offline" in order to view a saved

When did IE6 start using tabs? I just had to do a Windows XP Media Edition re-Install and now IE6 has tabs. Is there any way to turn them off? Thanks, Walt

This question relates to a new Vista systeem (laptop) with 2 (possibly related) problems with IE7: 1) when trying to store favorites (pressing the *+ button upper left) nothing happens. Storing a favorite via the right mouse button works OK.

I have two laptops...1 is an HP and after many problems and disabling and enabling things, I got it to work. My Dell will not connect regardless what I've tried. Both computers are running off of Windows xp with service pack 2.

My wired internet connection stopped working in IE7. I am using Wondows XP. When I went to the menu and hit repair, it told me the repair failed because it could not disable the connection. When I tried to get disable the connection from the menu, I got the following message.

Question When I initiate IExplorer, I receive a page stating that the page cannot be displayed. I try the diagnose connection problems and since my DSL line is working, the connection is resolved. Why does this happen repeatedly?

Recently when i log on to IE it shuts off before i can run it. if i log on as a different user, it works fine. My login is the only one that has administrator privelages, and if i go to the control panel to create a new account it automatically shuts off as well. any ideas?
