Here's a strange one for everyone...yesterday, I could browse any website
with IE7.  Today, I can't access most sites (yahoo.com, google.com, etc.) but
can access some (not all) of the sites in my saved links list.  Being able to
connect to some sites suggests my ISP connection ...

Checked menu bar and was able to display permanently the menu bar for several
months and now it has disappeared. The check mark is still there and will not
uncheck. Other check marks like lock the toolbar will check and uncheck. ALT
does not do anything.

I down loaded ie7 and a tool bar from comcast.  I think I finally got rid of
the toolbar but no matter what I change, delete or upgrade I sitll have
"Windows internet explorer provided by Comcast".  Is there any way to get rid
