This problem comes and goes. I can often shut down the frozen launch attempt, try again, and usually all is well. This generally happens after a restart, when the system should be relatively clean. Any ideas?

a couple of days ago I noticed that ny internet explorer has stopped recording my browser history. its like it clears it as soon as I go to a site. None of the links I go to show as being visited. Does anybody have anysuggestions as to whay this is happening.
