How do I get multiple sites to open. When I open a second site the first one

Problem
Sometimes when browsing In Internet Explorer 7 I get the following problem
happen:
I lose the Menu Bar and the ability to right click in all open windows and

This problem comes and goes. I can often shut down the frozen launch
attempt, try again, and usually all is well. This generally happens after a
restart, when the system should be relatively clean. Any ideas?

recording my browser history. its like it clears it as soon as I go to a
site. None of the links I go to show as being visited. Does anybody have

- Have forced the menu bar to the top
- Have disabled third party browser extensions
- Have locked the toolbars

The screenshot, above, shows a persistent problem with IE7.  A link internal
to a web page on the Washington Post web site is causing a problem for IE7.  
IE7 handles the problem with "Operation Aborted" and the web page with the

five tabs each with it's own address.  I shutdown my computer every night
and want to start up the same tabs every morning.  I would like to have this
command line run as a scheduled task.  Can anyone tell ...
