iexplore.exe.  I have run a search, looked in the files under Program Files,
etc.  Can someone help me?  I am using an htm file to access the internet.

After opening ie7, when I open a link to another web page, that new web page
only opens about 1/4 size from the top down, while the original web page

Once I used Outlook Web Access to check my mail. Doing something
trivial (as undoing or pasting) I had to accidentally press some
combination of keys - from this moment IE started to display some
pages (and sometimes even some parts of pages) using large letters -
