i've a problem with an AJAX application when i run it with IE7. This AJAX application is a timeline (http://simile.mit.edu/timeline/) and reads datas from an XML file, and so puts "pins" on the timeline. So:

the icons in front of the names of some tabs have mysteriously changed. I suspect a new application has altered them. Can anyone tell me the section of the registry where these icon names are to be found so I can change them back. Thanks, John

OK let me preface I love IE7 its good stuff. There is some behavior I cannot stand and I think its related to tabbed browsing because this didn't exist in 6.0 Ok some facts about this post.

Everytime I reboot I get this popup: MSASCui.exe - unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MpClient.dll was not found. Not a clue what happened. Haven't installed anything in weeks.

I cannot delete the microsoft redirection to ninemsn as my home page. I have removed it under the home tab and tools, internet options, use about blank. I do not want a home page. Any help would be appreciated.

I am running Windows XP with IE7. My text is fine but my images are blurry and distorted. I also have Mozilla Firefox on my computer and everything is working fine from that browser. So, what could be causing this problem in IE7 ?
