For some reason everytime I click in the address bar on my Internet Explorer,
the whole screen starts flickering until I get it to close.  If you have any
suggestions on how to fix this I would appreciate your help!

whenever I exit a new window in ie, the "internet explorer is not responding"
screen pops up and restarts. how do I stop that from happening??

When shutting down IE using the  "X" in the upper right corner I get an error
saying that "IE is shutting down.  Windows is looking for a solution."  And
then IE is restarted automatically.  Is there a way to disable the automatic
restart?

For 2 days now I haven't been able to connect to OE. When I click on the link
the log on page opens up but the cursor in the password field is static and
it all just freezes. Is there any other way of accessing the settings? Does
anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Brand new installation of IE7, about three days old.  XP SP2, fully patched.
All of a sudden I notice there is no "X" on the tabs themselves, so I might
close just an individual tab.  Is there some obvious setting I'm perhaps

Whenever I open a page using IE7 another page is trying to connect in the
background. When I open it, it just says connecting and that's it. How can I
stop  this from happening, and whenever I start up the computer, a blank page
loads. Does anyone know how to fix this? I use Visa ...

I am a complete technophobe but here is the problem:
Some content is not showing on various websites, its saying done bottom left
but only heading bar is showing.
Also in other website i cant use various functions such as drop down boxes

I like to clear my browser path completely when I exit.   If I set IE7 to
keep 0 days of history, it still keeps all the entries in the address bar
drop down list.  Is there a way to clear this automatically?

I do like the tabbed browsing feature. I know a lot of you complain
about it. One thing I don't like about it is not being able to open a
new tab with the current tabs contents in it. Anyway, I used my

WININET.DLL ERROR, AND can not launch web browser at all. my computer can not
access any internet at all, AFTER I DOWNLOAD IE7. My system is IBM model
2198-962, OS WIN 98 upgraded to XP. As soon as I click IE7, WININET.DLL error

When I run xpnetdiags in IE7 and try to view the diagnostic log I get This
error:

I keep having to install adobe flash player on my system, but each time I go
to a site that needs the adobe flash player ie7 asks me to install it again.
