IE7 is suddenly not functioning properly.  When I open up the Internet
Options it isn't Deleting Temporary Internet Files, History, Cookies, etc.  
When you click on the buttons it does nothing.  
Also when I go to a site and try to view a .wmv file it just goes to a

When I open files saved in HTML-only format, IE-7 opens the file, but then

Its like a plague or adware.
I cannot remove an unwanted IE& home page from my screen.

Internet Explorer frequently bounces between online and offline modes on my
