hello everyone.please help me out with this.
I have lost the "links" icons.you know ,the little icons (usualy the ie
htm-html document) next to the Favorite links and the Links bar.
i am using ie7 v:7.0.5730.13 (if that helps) on two xp home spk2 machines.

If I have entries in the hosts file that are items served up as part of the
current page then when I try to go back (back button or alt-left arrow), I
must step through each of those items before getting back to the previous

i had to remove ie7 and go back to ie6.
the problem i had is whenever you clicked on address bar to input website
the whole ie7 browser would start bouncing and couldnt stop it unless i would
keep pressing the x in the top right corner..please advise on this

Runonce has run many times. I want it to stop annoying me. I thought it would
run only one time then go away. It has ran several times. I changed the
openinig web page to About:blank, but to no avail. I want this anoyance to go
away.

Current system: XP SP2, IE7.
I am a new IE 7 user. Unfortunately, there are some annoying "improvements"
that I am unable to adjust to:

IE 7 continuosly displays the error:  IE has encountered a problem and must
close. It gives the option to report the problem, whether you do or don't IE

verison I'm having ongoing problem with IE hanging then shutting itself
down. An error message is prompted each time. Problem seems to occur when
multiple browser windows are open. When closing one of the open windows, the

If IE is not running and I click on a link in an e-mail, I get an error
message.  If IE is already running the web link opens OK.   How do I get IE
to run automatically when a link is selected?

My computer says that is connected to the internet but IE is not loading pages.

When I select diagnose connection problem, it says the compuetr is connected.
I can browse using Firefox.

On my PC, I can't drag and drop Favorites into any sub-folder.
When I drop the link at its final destination it slides back to the same
level it was in.
