I have a strange IE7 problem that is only occuring on a NEW Vista Home Dell
laptop  where I am unable to logon.  It works fine in Fire Fox on this
machine and also on my Vista Ultimate machine.  It also works on over 850
users that have signed up of which I don't know how many ...

message:  "SetPoint.exe - unable to locate component.  This application has

The boss has IE7, XP and Norton 360.  If he goes to some web pages the links
on the page to other pages do not show up.  For example if the following is
a table on a web page

I've found a problem with many of may XP machines running IE7.  "Older"
machines running IE6, and even some of the IE7 machines that haven't been
updated in quite a while work fine.  PC's that have been updated with IE7 and

Quite often, when I open a new tab in IE 7, the whole window closes
unexpectantly. It's rather irritating and time consuming to have to reopen a
window and search the history to bring back all the pages.
Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

never loads.  I tried to update it to IE& but it didn't do anything.  I am
using Firefox now but I have programs that will only run in IE.  I did try to

I get scripting errors in IE when trying to print a page. This only happens
for the Non-Admin accounts.  I have enabled and disabled every possible
setting and I can not get rid of the problem. Any suggestions?

ie7 on vista runs mint with all stock add ons running. as soon as i install
flash the freezing and crashing starts. flash and ie7 have a problem
together. what can i do? without flash installed ie7 never snags crashes
freezes or anything.
