I'm using a self made welcome page with my favorite links. It's saved on my
hdd, so it is in the security zone "Computer". Now when I follow one of the
links a new window opens (even if I choose "open in new tab").

This issue is happening both in IE and Firefox which leads me to believe its
a DLL/system file issue.
When pages load, it appears if if some of the links are missing on the page

I appear to have this anomoly... it's not your normal toolbar is not active

When I start IE7 from the icon or from the Start/Run dialog, it appears to
start as a child of the Explorer shell and the Norton Toolbar always appears

I recenntly had to re-install XP Media Edition and
afterwars, low and behold, I now have tabs in IE6.

Does anyone know how to fix the menu bar in IE7? It's ticked as being there
but it's clearly not visible. ALT doesnt work. Has happened in XP Prof and

Well, I know how to do this, but then I accidently clicked the "Do Not open
the Dialog box again" so now I can't get Internet Explorer to re-open the
tabs. Is there anyway of getting that dialog box to come up again. Do I have
to install internet explorer 7 again???
