When I started my computer this morning, I recd a Microsoft page instead of my homepage that said to download IE7 Service Pak 2 for Windows XP. I am running 7.0.5730.11 Update Version 0. Is this a new service pak? Should I install it?

Not sure if this is an IE7 or Vista home basic issue. In manage add-ons in IE7, the 'Delete ActiveX' button is grayed out for all entries. Earlier this year, the button was active and could be used to delete selected files. I have administrator access.
