I was having problems with fonts that were to large and all over the place. No background colors in IE 6. I resolved all the other issues except the colors in IE by down loading IE 7. I tried Firefox not background colors there either.

I'm not a IE fan and haven't used it for months. I need it now to do some testing and I couldn't find any of the IE icons on the computer anywhere. I went ahead and downloaded IE7 and have installed it twice but still there are no icons... none in the star/run or on the desk top. ...

I can't get to www.microsoft.com, or a few other sites I normally go to (www.theage.com.au for example)....is there a problem out there...? Other sites, like www.greasylake.org or www.backstreets.com have no probs... Just started...

Can anyone tell me why suddenly "flyouts" on http://www.msnbc.msn.com/ no longer work on my computer? I assume it's something with my Internet Explorer 7 setup and not msnbc. In fact, the option to enable or disable them no longer even appears on the web page like it

Every time I close one of multiple windows open, IE shuts down completely and sends an error message. I have windows XP & IE 7.

IE7 on a Windows XP SP2 machine doesn't recognize that Silverlight has been installed. (Silverlight is on the list of installed programs that's viewable with the Control Panel | Add / Remove Programs option.)

Is it possible to use a different XP CD from the origional OS installation to add a program such as reinstall Internet Explorer or even MS Games? A friend of mine accidentally lost IE 6 that is default with XP. So she can't reinstall it without running her CompaQ computer's F10 ...

I hate the look of the new tool bars. I like my bar with the words file,edit,view.etc. accross the top. with address bar next to it. then the buttons for home,print,cut,paste,etc. Then my search bar on the 3rd line. Does any one know how to so this? I tried to move the bars ...

can't seem to make internet explorer 7 accept any homepage other than yahoo...can add another as a secondary homepage, but whatever is entered reverts back to yahoo after ok has been clicked...what's up with this?
