I am running Windows Vista Home Premium with IE7. I have Digital issues of
Windows IT Pro Magazine which are actually saved as mhtml files which I can
open using IE6 and I am unable to open those files using IE7 on Windows

Is there any way to arrange Favorites so that my most-used favorites are at
the top?  With old versions of MSIE, I could just drag them to whatever order
I wanted.
Can't do that with MSIE 7, and it's annoying.

When I installed IE7 the tabbed browsing feature worked.  Now, after a few
days, tabbed browsing has stopped working.
I have tried Tools>Internet Options>General>Tabbed Browsing Settings>Enable
Tabbed Browsing -- it is enabled.

Currently, I have the URL bar at the top, with "Refresh" (which doesn't
work) and "Stop" and a Yahoo search bar to the right.
Below that, I now have a menu bar, with File, Edit, View, Favorites,

All of a sudden IE 7 will not open login pages for example my shutterfly
member login page doesn't load i just receive the Internet explorer cannot
display the webpage error.  Other sites work fine where i don't have to
login. I've done a virus and spyware sweep.
