why does  the browser window flicker when i access the drop down list of urls
in the menu bar in internet explorer 7?  This creates a delay in accessing
the site I want to go to and is very very annoying.

Whenever I try to go to my Yahoo! mail, groups, etc., Google mail, or other
places I have to log in to, Internet Explorer won't let me! The login screen
starts continually refreshing ... it won't stay there long enough for me to
type anything and get logged on. These "login" ...

Today I got this error "webpage could not be saved because one of its files
is missing" while i was trying to save a webpage... It was working before,

I can't get IE7 to open at all.  When IE7 icon is clicked to start a window
comes up that says: "Internet Explorer has stopped working  A problem caused

I just upgraded my Norton Antivirus 2005 to 2008. When I did this is, I can
no longer  manually key in a URL and go. When I do, the browser freezes and
givesa "not responding error".  
I can, however, use a favorites links or my home line to get to web  sites.

Opening the site history list on the address bar (click on the little down
