I have Vista and the latest versions of IE and Flash Player.  Flash player
works fine in the administrator account, but in user and guest accounts the
flash player does not work.  What can I do to fix this?

Every time I try to change my hompage and other websites for the other tabs
it always goes back to the security center.  When I close IE and reopen the
application Security center and maleburn are my homepages. I have reinstalled

I am cluless with this problem. Whenever I try to close de window of Internet
Explorer y tells me that it has a problem and will look for a solution and
then it inmidiatly re-start (which obviously I don't want it to do that), so
