This should be easy but I can't seem to find the answer.
IE6.  How do I set the target folder for downloads?  I keep downloading
files but can't find them when DL completes.  And . .  I would like to
select a default folder.

When I enter http://mycomputer/default.asp, IE accesses a default.asp page
that is NOT the same as the default.asp page stored in /webroot.  Where

When I open the following site:

I get an error message  "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage" for a
subframe showing the weather. The rest of the page is displayed.

I'm creating a website which sets cookies within the browser.  These
cookies are stored ok in IE5 and IE6, but not in IE7.
Any similar experiences? Where is the directory where cookies are
stored in IE7?

Having trouble installing IE 7. Keep getting the following errors in the log.
I've tried changing permissions but that hasn't helped. Any suggestions will

I went ahead and installed IE 7 and I think I want to back it out.  Nothing
specific wrong with IE but a number of my other apps are being affected.
Since I learned painfully how integrated IE is with XP, is there a safe path
to go back that I can use?

I have been using IE7, and all of a sudden my google maps stopped working.  I

I am running Windows XP and installed Internet Explorer 7. After the
installation, I rebooted, and got an error message that Windows Explorer has
encountered a problem, and needs to close. I get only a blank screen. I've
