WhenI try to pull up certain pages it say Internet Explorer cannot display web page. Why is it doing this and how can I have it fixed?

I do not have my "Menu tool bar" checked, but when i open a new webpage or new tab the menu bar appears and then disappears. Manytimes my explorer will get stuck and i have to click somewher in the page. I have tried keeping the menu bar activated and it still will get stuck.

I have a problem with IE7 where when you create a sub Frameset on the Fly using javascript to split a frame into 2. When the code executes IE7 freezes and dies. Has anyone else come across this or know how to resolve this issue.

The address, menu and tab bars are too big that they almost fill 1/4 of my screen. I can remove the menu bar but still the address and tab bars too long and unable to modify them. In windows XP, 98 etc... one can modify the navigation bars and borders thinner and wider under ...

I have a web cam that I put onto EarthCam. The address of the camera image is http://guest:password@213.208.127.215:1002/image.jpg and worked in thier website. BUT I was using Firefox. When viewed with IE 7 it does not work. Is there a way to pass on log on information in IE 7 ?
