I have a simple HTML page which uses Javascript window.open to open another
HTML page in a sub-directory.  This works just find on my hard disk but when
I put it onto a CD-R I get an "access is denied" error when attempting to
execute the window.open.  Firefox works just fine ...

Is Internet explorer completely functional and operational without having to
upgrade to IE7?
It seems that I am encountering more and more page hangs and other content
not properly displayed with IE6.  When I first noticed this I upgraded to 7

When going to a game site, I get a security warning from IE Add-on installer
saying Windows has blocked software because it can't verify the publisher.

If I go to a site that I choose to download something.. I click download,
then usually I unblock and allowed to download.. now nothing happens... same
