I have waited for one month, it doesn't work. I did some research,
found "Personalized Favorites Menu" works only if I turn off UAC,
or turn off "Protected Mode" in IE7, or run IE7 as Administrator.
I think Vista has a bug similar with UNIX SetUID problem.

Keep getting error message when trying to load hotmail. Basically says this:

Recently I've been having problems using the favorites feature.  When I click
on a fav sometimes the page loads other times it doesn't.  I get the standard
IE Cannot Display The Webpage error page.  If I click on the address in the

This is kind of a "generic" question, regarding IE7, and all the security
additions it has incorporated with it.
I followed by the letter PA Bears' tutorial, and my install with without a
hitch.

On my Address Toolbar I have a search window with Google written in it. I
want to remove it (I already have a Google search window on another toolbar).
How do I remove this search window? I can't just right click, or alt|click,
or anything else to drag it off the toolbar.

Although my computer is only a 1-1/2 years old I apparently have Windows
Media Center 2002 Service Pack 2 installed oon it. I have tried to load IE7
in the past and it would not load. I remember reading something that said

Is there a way to selectively edit entries in edit boxes?  For example, when
