I have upgraded to IE 7, But I can no longer use my language toolbar to
change the language from english to japanese. Only english will type on the
screen, is there a setting I can adjust for this?

I recently purchased a new Dell system with Vista installed.  I set up the
user accounts and for mine, I connect to the internet without any issues.  
The other user accounts take a very long time to load a page if they load at
all.  Are there any known issues regarding this?

My company is telling me that certain programs will not work in IE7.  I have
tried to use one of the programs and it will not open properly.  Is there any
patches I can use to get programs that worked in IE6 to work in IE7?

I've just noticed that there is a little red cross on the little screen in
IE7 and I'm told that the service is not available at the moment.

I am running windows vista home edition on my computer and when I try
to use MSE to run Yahoo videos, the player wont work. At bottom of
player I clicked on error on page and got this message as follows.

When I start IE 7 it always times out before loading my home page. After it
tells me it can't load the page, I hit the refresh button and it loads just
fine. This happens no matter which home page it loads. Please Help!!  Thanks!
