Favorite Addresses Won't Work When Click28 Nov 2007 23:24 GMT6
Some of my addresses in my Favorites folder do not work when I click on them.
I click on them and nothing happens.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to manually add a URL to the Favorites in IE7. The only
way which I see is to go to a web URL and then add that to Favorites via
 Favorites | Add To favorites but that does not allow one to manually
enter a URL but assumes the current web page only.

i've been having troubles with Explorer 7, when i open it up it takes a while
for the homepage to load, and when i go other websites like Gmail, it says
not responding. so i unistalled it and reinstalled it, the first day when it
was re-installed it was great! but now its doing ...

I have IE7 running on XP Professional.  Recently IE started to crash when a
browser window was closed.  All open windows were then lost.  It can be
restarted and allows me to move from site to site but never close a browser
window.

I am purchasing a new PC...currently PC is WindowsXP with IE7.  New PC is a
Vista PC....and I am sure will be pre-installed with IE7.
Is there a way to transfer my IE7 "Favorites" from my Old WindowsXP PC to

I am having trouble with the appearance of IE 7.  The web pages are shown in
the middle of the screen, but there is a lot of space to the left and right
of the text on the page that is not being used.  Is there a way to modify the
settings in IE 7 so all the web pages are full ...

Issue - open IE, all tabs come up as normal, doing nothing to the machine, a
second (or more) occurances of IE come up with web sites such as advertising
or questionable sites.  
I have run HiJack this, ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, Norton AV,

When I use my new laptop, these decision rules pop up (I don't know their
source).  I believe I may have made a wrong choice about network access, and
I cannot open IE.  The wireless network is up, the diagnostics run, I have
tried to disconnecting and reconnecting.  Help!
