IE ^ allowed me to see where a link would take me by showing me the address at the bottom of the IE window. IE7 does not have this capability. If it does I don't know what ot call it to find how to add this feature (If it can be added)

The Refresh and Stop buttons must be next to the Forward and Back buttons- which often require a quick Refresh. Shifting the mouse from side to side is enough to quit using the browser- which I am until rectified. Others:

When using IE7 every time a web page opens a new IE window and closes the current tab i recieve a prompt that informs me of this and requires me to click yes to close that particular tab. Is it possible to disable this notification window?

Since 3 days ago, I am unable to open any web using IE7 in XP SP2. When IE7 loads I get is a blank page and when I try to type any address in the URL bar , I get an error dialog stating that "http://www.google.com is currently unavailable"

Does anyone know how to change the sound controls tabs from being in the background and greyed out to bringing them forward so I can turn the sound from Mute to on.? ny device manager shows I have the sound and audio drivers but I cannot turn them up.

Using XP Pro/SP2 and IE6.0.29. Downloads will go to 99% and then it just sits there, it appears to be still transferring files but it's not. Usually happens with larger files, smaller ones download OK.
