I had to reload  my computer due to a virus.
I reloaded XP and all my other software...the computer was working great
again..however I do not have sound now.

All of a sudden I am not able to access any website using IE 7.  This only
occurs for the administrator user.  If I switch user accounts, the other user
can access websites with no problem.  I've gone to the command prompt and
