When I add a favorite, the URL is stored in in the owners\favorites folder but windows is looking for the favorites in the owners\favorites\favorites directory. If I save in this subdirectory (owners\favorites\favorites) I can

Is there anyway to recover the history for your internet if it has been cleared? I have checked the recycle bin and it has also been emptied.

I got a new PC recently with Vista Home Premium and IE 7. In using IE 7, I noticed a change from IE 6. I was downloading a bunch of pdf documents with the Save Target As feature and discovered that the active window or window focus is different than it is in IE 6.

WinXP SP2, brand new domain user profile; IE6 doesn't prompt to save passwords nor does it "remember" or autocomplete. AutoComplete boxes are checked in Content and inlineAutoComplete is enabled in Advanced Options.

When I try to log on to Internet Explorer it keeps going to offline. I have to uncheck it all the time. Or back out and restart the computer. Can someone can help me? I'm not a computer whiz. I have Windows XP. Thanks
