I am trying to dowload internet explorer 7, but always at the end it said
that it can not be installed. I followed the instruccions for Internet
Explorer Troubleshooting but any of the methods did not work and I was wonder
how to solve this problem.

   I am transitioning from XP to Vista and have trouble trying to
