Well, I updated Win XP sp2 about three days ago. Today, without warnings or other installations IE 7 has suddenly started displaying a lot of sites in what could only be called an old, pure html style. I will get nothing but large text at the heading, followed by the body.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium Operating System and on a daily basis my Internet Explorer 7 is being hi jacked/hacked into. I have installed on my computer system: Windows Defender and I am using the Windows Firewall Program.

Constructive Suggestion that Microsoft might have to seriously consider for IE8: I had been sincere fan of IE for quite long. And I wish few shortcomings are addressed in next releases.

Im using Windows XP Portugues (Portugal) and recently i upgrade the IE from 6 to 7 version. Now, I have a problem. The former Favorites Keyboard Shortcut (CTRL+I) now changed to CTRL+F, and my keyboard hotkey wont work anymore.

Have tried installing IE7 5 times on my Dell Dimension desktop, with fresh downloads each time. It appears to install but when I try to execute it, I get the blank screen withthe progress bar stopping on the fourth green bar. I've tried several suggestions in the postings:

I have an issue with displaying pages within IE7. For example if I recieve a link to a survey page, I am not able to see the check boxes or background colors. If I forward that same link to another user, they don't have this issue and the page displays properly.

When I start up IE7 and click on the pull-down arrow of the address bar a window opens telling me: A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer. The program where the warning refers to is Microsoft Sync Center.
