I am unable to access some websites after loading vista. when I click the site from my favourites I get a message saying that the website will be opened in a diffrent time zone.

After upgrading to IE7 the computer keeps asking me to connect to Internet even though the computer is connected, with cabel, just as it was before the upgrade. IE even loads the startup-screen, but then it keeps asking me to connect to internet!

My browser doesn't function properly. I've tried reïnstalling IE several times, but always get the same problem that it just doesn't load any internet pages (while other browsers work just fine).
