I don't know how long this has been going on, but every so often, I would say every few days, items would simply vanish from my favorites. I have scanned for viruses (ZoneAlarm Internet Suite, Avast, and Spybot Search & Destroy) to no avail. Before I switch over to FireFox,

When I go to tools and hit the internet options button they flash on the screen and disappear. Next I would like to delete everything out of the browser history.

I don't know if someone already posted this thread, but on my vista, for the past week or so, whenever I use IE7 (where it's the time I spend on IE or when I visit specific websites), it will just stop responding. Can anyone help me with this?

It is highly inacceptable that MS chnages my homepage to an ad for IE7, I don't want to install IE7, I will never want to install it. Please stop behaving like spyware if you want to be considered as a secure supplier !!

Is is possible for IE7 to run any slower? and consume any more resources? So far it has turned my 15GB internet connection speed into what feels like dial up again. IE7 is bloated and sucks in the worst way. Please fix ASAP or give up.

Running IE 7 since Nov 2007, on Win XP SP2 HE. Have three (3) web based email accounts; Gmail & Yahoo Mail & Hotmail. Until 2 days ago, I was able to download attachments in any one of these with no problem.
