I recently downloaded IE 7 and I cannot get rid of the Windows Internet

page that has the Take Tour>, Go to Homepage>, Get Add ons>, Need Help>,
page. When I try to use Tools, Internet Options, Use current (Google), then

Using Outlook Express 6 for awhile.  IE7 allowed sending webpages via OE6
automatically.  Now it doesn't.  Looked at IE7 Tools/Internet
Options/Programs.  The E-mail slot doesn't list OE6 as option; only Windows
Live Mail.

I have a reinstalled XP on a Dell machine and I am unable to download
anything.  The downloads start, but stop within a few seconds, suggesting it
finished ok.  However, the download file is incomplete!
Thus, zips, exes etc are all only 100kb and no use.  I have tried many sites.

My PC has multiple monitors, yet when I open IE7 in more than one monitor (as
in twice), I cannot use the "Full Screen" view mode on any monitor except the
first.  Has anyone found a way of viewing IE7 "Full Screen" in multiple opens
on multiple monitors.

Is there a setting in IE that will change a visited link from the visited
color to un-visited. Even if the URL stays the same. But the page has been
updated?

It used to be so easy to set to have a web page available off line when you
added it to the Favorites.  Is there any quick way to do it now in IE7 other
than doing the "FILE-SAVE AS" thing?  TIA!
