I have this weird problem my ISP can't seem to help with. I get periods (it
seemed initially to be in the evening but is now at all times of day) of
intermittent poor internet response. Intermittent means that IE (and other
browsers - so don't think it is an IE problem really) ...

Installed a new Windows XP and upgraded to SP3. Now I want to upgrade IE to
version 7 but it specifically states only for SP2. So, can I upgrade to IE7
SP2 on a machine with XP SP3? Thanks

When I launch IE7 my default homepage does not launch. Instead
homepagecell.com launches and pop up window appears from IE with a "Warning"

I have tryed unsuccessfully to set 2 tabbed home pages. I tryed different
ways, typing in yahoo and hotmail homepage addresses as instructed in
internet options and also opening yahoo and hotmail tabs going to tools and
selecting use current but still only opens the first one.

Everytime I download Flash InActive install, it saids that it download
successfully and its on Programs that I download but it will not open
anything that has to use flash to open?  Can you please tell me how to fix

My IE7 install filename: IE7-WindowsServer2003-x64-enu.exe(prod version
6.2.0029.0) is taking more than 15 hours now!! It is very weird, as it should
take only a few minutes to install the approx. 28MB self extracting file

I have a Windows XP Pro machine which has IE 7.0.53465 installed.  Windows
update is trying to install IE 7 again.  The installation fails stating:  
"The following updates werre not installed:  Windows IE 7 for Windows XP".  
This has been a continual problem for over 6 months.

I blew away my hard drive last week replacing Win2K with XP Home. I
immediately installed NAV, Spybot and AdAware Plus. I have only been to
legitimate sites for updates, filters, et al.
