I can't display https://webmail.freeshell.org.  I get an error message saying
"Internet explorer cannot display the webpage".  This website has a
self-signed security certificate, as I found out when I went to it with the
lynx browser in Unix shell, which displayed it fine.

IE 7 LOCKS UP29 Feb 2008 15:43 GMT4
Any web page, any time IE7 will quit responding to mouse clicks and keyboard
commands... just locks and sits... sometimes will accept the "back" arrow on
keyboard, but will not respond to mouse....
Similarly, it will shut itself down and start reloading itself.
