I have been getting the message "IE 7 has encountered a problem and must
close" numerous times of late and IE will close unexpectedly when scrolling
back a page on occasion.  Is this IE7 relates, a virus, or what?  How can I
fix it?

When I close my PC my Automatic Updates load . Next time I open my IE I have  
connection problems and the only work around I can find is to restore to an
earlier date. but...then those pecky updates are sitting there again.  I am
afraid I am at risk if I don't load the updates, ...

After I installed a program called DustBuster my adresses in the adress line
are gone after each time I turn the PC off and on again. I have unistalled
DustBuster and I have reinstalled IE7, but every time when the PC recently

Is there anything I can do to increase the speed of web pages loading?  I
can be on a web sight, and pages with-in that sight takes a while to reload.
Is that what the cookies are for?  Fire Fox can do it faster than Internet
Explorer.

I have windows XP home edition and just downloaded 1e7.  It take about 2
minutes for it to start.  When I do start surfing it will freeze up and also
won't open and pop ups.  I have turned of my firewalls and everything else
and the problem still exists.

and it won't save passwords in forms, I have both of those options

For the last few days, I can't download IE updates or anything else for that
fact. The error message tells me I don't have authorization for that file
path. At the same time, I noticed that I can't clear my Temporary Internet
Files nor my History. Any ideas?

I have a computer that was not keeping changes in the properties contol
pannel.  We tried to uninstall IE7 and it failed.  We restored prior to the
uninstall.  We thought that it could be an issue with the registry settings
for the control pannel.  The registry keys are gone.  ...

I am running IE7 on Vista on a new machine. Done all the updates and I am
having real problems with some websites not loading. Eventually comes up with
a Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage error.

On the new IE toolbar, to the right of the forward and back buttons, there is
a drop down menu for recent pages.  I am not sure if this is recent pages

I am an NYU online student and have a problem accessing the chat room. I
contacted support and they told me that this is because I'm running IE 7. I
tried it from my husband's computer, also with IE 7, and had no trouble. I

We have Vista business edition (32-bit) with IE7. In our company whenever we
launch any URL we first are redirected to a https:// website where in we give
our userid, password  then it authenticates us and allows us to browse
internet. But for some reason in IE7

I have a friend with a very strange issue, on several different sites, they
are not able to type in their password to login. The three websites that I
know have that has this issue is, www.hotmail.com, www.rogers.yahoo.com and
mail.yahoo.com.

Whenever I'm checking for Office Updates 2003 with IE7, a message comes up
saying that IE encountered a problem and needs to close, making it impossible
to download and install any updates. What could be the problem? This never
used to happen with earlier updates.
