I am unable to install Adobe Flash player 9.0 in IE7 and thus unable to watch

This happens after each reboot. The proxy server setting is greyed out and
the only way to make changes to the proxy server address is to go to Advanced

4 months of no problem, then browsing capability stopped approx. 10 days ago
(prior to security Tuesday). Following restart, I can typically get to 1-2
web sites, then IE hangs and I eventually get the "IE has stopped working..."

Several computers at one site will not print when using IE6/7 and Microsoft
