Favourites tree expands fully when save to favourites is selected. I find it difficult to handle the fully expanded favourites tree when saving an address. Can the tree be collapsed?

I am using IE7. I wonder how many tabs I can open? I see lots of warnings on TCPIP under system event viewer. The error states that "TCP /IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.". TIA.
