explorer, e instalar el explorer 7, me ha cambiado el idioma en la barra de

When I click on the taskbar "Mail," "Compose a message" Vista takes me
(eventially) to a proper "New" E-mail form to compose my E-mail.  By the time
I get the Addressee and Re: entered and type 1 or 2 lines of the E-mail, I

I am using XP Professional.  The Menu Bar has disappeared in IE7: the 'Menu
Bar' is ticked in the 'Tools' menu and clicking this makes no difference (it
remains ticked and the Menu Bar is still absent).  How do I get the Menu Bar
back? Without it IE7 is pretty useless

Every time I start my computer (with Vista) IE automatically opens in FUll
SCREEN view and the only way I can get out of it is to hit ALT+F11.  Then the
web cam starts and I am able to close the full screen of IE.  What is making
that happen and how do I get it to stop.

Suddenly, I have no drop down menus in any website including this one.  I've
started IE w/o add ons and made sure scripting is enabled.  Nothing helps.
