I use IE7. Ads are very slow to load especially in hotmail. In Hotmail, everytime I click on and email or a check box, the system hangs until the ads refresh or change and display. I have tried the "netsh" tips. No improvements.

I am having a weird problem: After closing IE and/or restarting PC, I lose all typed URLs in address bar. History is still there, auto complete in address bar still suggests typed URLs, but drop-down menu is blank.

I currently have my home page as dell. I have edited the weather section to my hometown numerous times. However, after shutting down, the next time I go on line, it has defaulted and deleted my hometown information. Any ideas or resolutions? Thanks

I know that IIS is capable of sending compressed responses, when the borwser supports gzip or deflate. Is it possible to do it the other way around? Is it possible for IE to send compressed HTTP requests to IIS?
