Main user works fine but when we switch to any other user while the system
is seting up that user we get 'internet explorer script error' with no info
in that window other than titles eg line.

I'm running XP with IE7 (latest version). About a week ago, my IE just quit
working... that is... when I open the browser up, the page is blank. No 404,
no Certificate Recommendations... nothing. Just blank.

default email client is not installed properly. Have opened
tools-options-programs in explorer and Outlook Express (my default client)

I purchase a Lenovo y510 laptop recently, after I did a windows update, my
"Organize Favorites Folder" popups once in a while, when I have IE7 on.  Has
anyone experience this before or has a solution.

I started out trying to use the FTP client in IE7 (only to discover
that it seems to have been killed since IE6) under Windows XP Pro.
Research brings me here, where I see regular advice to just type
ftp://some.where.com/ into explorer.  So far, so good, but...

When I click the star icon (history) in vista, and click on history nothing
shows! And when I click the drop down menu arrow on its right, which usually
would have, By Date, By Site, By Order Visited Today, are all gone!
It now only shows Search History.
