I'm not very computer literate so please excuse me. My IE opens up and works
fine but when I try to log into my e-mail (through Orange) or close a window
the whole thing shuts down. I get a message saying:
"Internet Explorer has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution

What is going on with this error message!  I work for a Fortune 100 and our
website has not been changed for 6 months.  All of a sudden, tons of users

I have Vista Home premium.  I keep getting a message from Internet Explorer
Security that - a website wants to open web content using this program on
your computer relating to Adobe Flash Player.  The message keeps repeating

I have Windows XP. In the middle of installing a Windows Update (can't

i have been having a problem with my IE. it gives the "The page cannot be
displayed - Cannot find server" error. The internet connection is fine as
other browsers - Netscape and Firefox work fine.

I have set my computer up so Word links are opened in the Word program, not
IE (my computer | tools | folder options | File types | Doc | Advanced and
unchecked "browse in same window").

When I open IE (from anywhere, Shortcut, Windows Update, etc)
First I get a very small window, then a Messagebox with the Subject
above.... with an Ok button.

When IE7 first opens it displays "Connecting..." in the first tab  and takes
a long time before I can enter something into the Address field.  I use
about:blank as my default page so it shouldn't be trying to connect to
anything yet. It does the same for new tabs. IE6 and FireFox ...

I have IE7 set to dial-up the modem connection when started. This works fine.
Also I have the connection set to prompt a disconnect when not being used.
This also works fine. However when I close IE7 and disconnect the connection
via the prompt another pop-up immediately appears ...
