When I close a tab or another window while using Internet Explorer 7, it shuts down my sessions and I have to restart and reinitiate all the windows that I had opened. I am using XP w/ SP2 and IE is 7.0.6000.16608.

I have windows XP sp2 and I downloaded and upgraded the old IE6sp2 with IE7.0.5730.13. After installation Tabs do not work and are nowhere. Ctrl-t is gray and Ctrl-q not responding (not active).
