For [anyname].blogspot.com pages, I am having to do a forced refresh (Control+Refresh) to have the pages show updated infomation. This has only happened recently, unfortunately, I can not pinpoint any changes that I may have made to result in such an inconvenience.

In a number of cases, internet gets locked and stops to respond. It does not haappen for all sites but it happens quite often. It failed to respond even when I tried to use Microsoft's guided procedure to check the fault.

I'm running Windows XP with ie7. I went looking for my cookies, which, I think, are supposed to be in C:\Documents and Settings\my name\Cookies. There is no Cookies file there. There is a Cookies file in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Cookies.
