My Internet is continuously shutting down in the middle of browsing...it
allows me to restart the program - but then I have lost where I was at and
what I was doing. Here is the error code:

About 5 or 6 times out of 10 when I start IE I get a message telling me it
can't connect to the internet and helpfully suggests that I may not be
connected to the internet!
This is definitely NOT the case because my main browser is Mozilla FireFox

OS = Windows-XP  SP2
Internet Explorer 7.0 crashes immediately  as soon as its opened.
Had re-installed IE7.0 ; but it still crashes ( closes) immediately.

I am running the latest version of IE7 on a Vista system.  My Home
Page is "About:Blank".  When I reassign it, it immediately reverts

This is a strange one, for some reason IE7 will not connect to my Orange
