Every time before I close my browser I delete my temporary internet files,

Similar to another thread, I am unable to display a page that others are able to
see.
I have IE7 and Windows XP.  I have had "Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage" before but always dismissed it as a problem at the other end.  However,

New computer has Vista with IE7.  Sometimes websites show me lots of
